The setup guide for Pomelli, Opal, Mixboard, Stitch and Antigravity, checked on Google's own pages today. Two of the five have closed or are closing, so you also get the free swap for each, and one chain that turns your website into a campaign, a new landing page and a working site.
IN ONE SENTENCEPomelli makes on-brand posts from your website, Stitch designs the screens, Antigravity builds them into real code, and because Mixboard has closed and Opal closes on November 17, free Gemini images and a free Gemini skill now do their jobs.
Status on October 28, 2026Google Labs tools come and go. Here is where each one stands, straight from Google's help pages.
Mixboard is gone. Google shut it down on September 28, 2026, nine days before the reel went up. Boards, images and prompts were deleted. Section 05 shows the free swap.
Opal has three weeks left. Google says Opal "is graduating out of Labs on November 17, 2026" and workflows stop running that day. Google's own advice is to move to Skills in Gemini, which is what section 04 sets up. Do not build a client workflow on Opal now.
Free, with caps. None of these were released this month, and "saves thousands every month" is not something Google claims. They are free to start: Pomelli gives "several hundred image and video generations", Antigravity's free plan has a weekly limit. Good enough to do real work, not unlimited.
All four live routes accept Pakistan and India. The two rules that block people are age and work accounts.
Stitch: Google's May 2026 post says the update is "available to global users" but publishes no country list, so sign in to check. Antigravity uses the country on your Google Terms of Service page; if that is wrong, Google lets you request a region change.
| Tool | Cost today | The free limit |
|---|---|---|
Pomelli | Free | "Several hundred image and video generations"; Google will post any new caps |
Stitch | Free (Labs) | No number from Google; blog numbers disagree |
Antigravity | $0 plan | Weekly limit; unlimited Tab completions. Paid plans refill every 5 hours |
Gemini skills | Free | 100 active skills, 100 MB files each |
Gemini images | Free | Nano Banana 2; see Settings, Usage Limits |
Do just Pomelli steps 1 to 4 below. Here is how the time goes:
Stuck on a step? Post your screen in The 1% AI Circle and we'll fix it with you.
Each tool hands the next one something real. Follow the yellow dot: your brand goes in on the left, a live site comes out on the right.
You give it your web address. It learns your fonts, colors, values and images, then makes campaign creatives, product shots and short animations in that style.
If you have no website, select No website yet? From scratch and upload up to 20 files (menu, price list, flyers, a PDF about you; 25 MB each).
Everything later copies this profile, so fix it now: wrong color, a font that is not yours, an old product photo. Write down your two main hex colors and font names. Stitch needs them in section 02.
To steer it, describe the campaign in the prompt box and add up to three images plus the product URL. Paste this and fill the brackets:
Campaign for [product, e.g. our chocolate fudge cake] for [moment, e.g. Eid orders this week]. Who it is for: [e.g. families in Lahore who order online]. The one offer: [e.g. free delivery on orders over Rs 3,000]. Make 4 creatives: 2 in 9:16 for Reels and Stories, 2 in 4:5 for the feed. Headlines under 8 words. One clear call to action: [e.g. Order on WhatsApp]. Do not invent prices, discounts or reviews that I did not give you.
First real project: one plain phone photo of your best seller becomes 6 studio and lifestyle shots for your menu, website and ads.
Type what you want, or upload a sketch or screenshot. Stitch makes the screens, links them into a clickable prototype and gives you front-end code.
Use the colors and fonts you wrote down from Pomelli so the site matches your posts.
Design a one-page website for [business, e.g. a home bakery in Lahore]. Brand colors: [hex 1] and [hex 2]. Fonts: [heading font] and [body font]. Who visits: [e.g. people ordering cakes for birthdays and Eid]. Sections in this order: 1. Hero: headline under 8 words, one line below it, button [e.g. Order on WhatsApp]. 2. Best sellers: 3 product cards with name, short line and price [prices or leave as placeholders]. 3. How ordering works: 3 steps. 4. Reviews: 3 empty review cards I will fill with real reviews. 5. Contact: phone, area served, opening hours. Mobile first, clean, lots of white space. Use placeholders where you lack a fact. Do not invent reviews or prices.
Ask for changes in plain words ("make the hero image bigger", "add a menu screen"). Then export your design rules as DESIGN.md, the file Google made so your colors, type and spacing move with you from project to project and into other tools.
Google lists three places Stitch sends your work: a shareable link through Google AI Studio, Google Antigravity to add real logic, and Netlify to publish. Pick Antigravity. If the export does not show for your account, copy the page code and DESIGN.md into a new folder on your computer, for example bakery-site. Section 03 starts from that folder.
You describe the result, the agent writes the code, runs it, checks it in a browser and shows you a plan and the changes before you accept them.
Google does not count prompts. The limit follows how much work the agent does, so small tasks stretch further. The difference between plans is how often the tank refills:
A "meaningful quota, refreshed weekly". Burn it on Monday and you wait for next week.
Quota "refreshed every five hours until the weekly limit is reached", plus paid AI credits for overage.
Illustration of Google's refill rules, not real usage numbers. Type /usage in Antigravity to see your own quota.
Antigravity.dmg, drag it into Applications.curl -fsSL https://antigravity.google/cli/install.sh | bashagy --versionirm https://antigravity.google/cli/install.ps1 | iexagy --version prints a version number.command not found: agy, close the terminal and open a new one (the installer puts it in ~/.local/bin on Mac and Linux). If it is still missing, use the desktop app from step 1.Open the folder from Stitch (or the Stitch export) and paste this:
This folder has a landing page design from Google Stitch and its DESIGN.md. Turn it into a working website for [business, e.g. my home bakery]. 1. First show me a short plan and wait for my OK. 2. Keep the colors, fonts and spacing from DESIGN.md exactly. 3. Make the Order button open WhatsApp to [number with country code, e.g. 92300...] with the message [e.g. Hi, I want to order a cake]. 4. Make it work well on a phone first. 5. Run it on my computer, open it in the browser, and check every section and the button. 6. Tell me in plain words how to put it online for free. Do not install anything paid. Ask before adding any new tool. Do not invent reviews, prices or contact details: leave clear placeholders.
Help me fix a Google Antigravity problem, one step at a time. My computer: [Mac or Windows, and version]. What I was doing: [installing the app / installing agy / signing in / building my site]. The exact error text: [paste it, remove any key or password]. What I already tried: [list]. Give me the most likely cause first, then one step. Wait for my reply before the next step. Do not guess menu names: tell me if you are unsure.
Opal let you chain prompts into a little AI app. Google is folding that idea into Skills in Gemini: saved instructions you call with "/" in any chat, free on a personal account.
A chain of boxes you built in Opal's editor. After November 17 it no longer runs, and nothing migrates by itself.
Before November 17, open each workflow on opal.google and copy the prompts into a doc. After that date you can still open the files in My Drive, Opal folder, with any text editor, but they will not run.
weekly-post-planner. Paste the description and instructions below. Click Create.Use when I ask for my week of social posts, captions or a content plan for my business. Writes 7 on-brand posts from my business facts.
Plan and write one week of social posts for my business. My business: [e.g. home bakery in Lahore, cakes and brownies, delivery only] Who buys: [e.g. families and office teams ordering for birthdays] Brand voice: [3 tone words from my Pomelli Business Profile, e.g. warm, playful, simple] Where I post: [e.g. Instagram and WhatsApp Status] Each time, produce: 1. A 7-day table: day, format (Reel, carousel, Story, feed post), one-line idea. 2. For each day, a caption under 80 words that ends with one call to action. 3. For 2 days, a 9:16 visual idea I can make in Pomelli (Campaigns or Photoshoot). 4. A short checklist of photos or clips I need to take this week. Rules: - If I did not tell you this week's offer or occasion, ask me first. - Never invent prices, discounts, reviews or results. Use [brackets] instead. - Plain words, no buzzwords, at most 3 hashtags per post.
You can also download it as a ready SKILL.md. On the Gemini web app or the Mac app you can upload a skill: the file goes inside a folder with the same name, weekly-post-planner.
/weekly in a new Gemini chat shows your skill, and running it asks you for this week's offer before writing. For more than a saved prompt, like a small tool with inputs and buttons, Google points Opal users to Google AI Studio for that. Skills do not work yet with Canvas, Deep Research, video or music.
Mixboard was a board where AI images were generated, combined and remixed. The site now says "The Mixboard experiment has ended" and all boards were deleted. The free route for the same job is image generation in the Gemini app (Nano Banana 2), which needs no paid plan.
Upload 2 or 3 of your Pomelli creatives or product photos to a Gemini chat, then paste:
Make a mood board image for my brand, using the photos I uploaded as the style reference. My business: [e.g. home bakery in Lahore]. Colors: [hex 1] and [hex 2]. Show in one 4:5 image, as a neat grid of 6 tiles: 1. A hero product shot in my style. 2. A close-up texture. 3. A lifestyle scene with the product in use [e.g. a family table at Eid]. 4. A color swatch strip with my two colors. 5. A packaging or table setting idea. 6. A simple background I can reuse behind text. Keep my real product looking like the photos. No text, no logos except mine.
This is the chain as a job you can do for your own shop or sell to a local client: brand posts, a landing page and a week of content, all on free tools.
This guide gets your first campaign and your first site done. Inside the community you get every setup in one place, new tools every week (and a heads-up when one shuts down, like Mixboard and Opal), and real help when Antigravity or Stitch breaks on your machine.
